I have had a little time in the afternoons to visit some sites around Košice. On my first day of work my co-workers, Pavol Beke and Natasha, took me for a Kofola at a cafe in town and then we climbed the bell tower of St. Elizabeth Cathedral.
Yesterday after work, Martin and I went shopping for some postcards in the tourist information shop, toured the underground ruins of the Košice castle and town wall, and found an orchestra concert complete with a dancer in a courtyard off of the main street.
