Greek Dinner






On Tuesday night the IAESTE trainee from Greece, Ersi, made us all a great big Greek meal. We had a traditional Greek salad and another baked dish called pastitsio made of pasta, cream, ground beef, and cheese. I was surprised to learn that the traditional Greek salad is without lettuce and contains only tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta cheese, and olive oil. Everything was very good and I think that everyone showed they loved it by having seconds.
